Staff Capacity Building and TPM in Virginia, Ireland
In September 2024, project partners gathered in Virginia, Ireland, for the second Staff Capacity Building Training and Transnational Partner Meeting of the RURAL’COM project. The event played a pivotal role in advancing the project’s objectives by fostering a transnational community of practice among participating trainers, educators, and professionals. Participants took part in hands-on sessions to review and present key project results, including the mapping report, and engaged in exploitation workshops to explore further implementation strategies. Networking sessions facilitated the exchange of best practices and future collaboration, highlighted by a visit to a local sustainable bee farm, showcasing sustainability in Ireland.
