Staff Capacity Building and TPM in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania
Project partners met in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania in May 2024 to take part in a Staff Capacity Building Training and a Transnational Partner Meeting. The event aimed to strengthen a transnational community of practice among trainers, educators, and professionals, promoting peer learning and collaboration. By exchanging knowledge, exploring best practices, and engaging with local experts, participants enhanced their capacity to address sustainability in rural areas. Additionally, project partners had the opportunity to visit best practice examples of sustainable initiatives in Romania and discuss key developments of the project.
