What we hope to achieve in 2024

Upskilling of professionals: at least 6 educators (2 per country) will participate in the 2 transnational upskilling training sessions on how to increase local communities’ resilience and how to involve them to reach sustainable agenda goals.

Empowering citizens: the gained/developed skills by educators/professionals will be experimented with the final beneficiaries, so at least 30 citizens (10 per country) will be trained.

Organisational development: participating organisations, at least two of them are newcomers, and their staff will gain competences in managing projects at a European level (management, partnership, collaboration and language skills),

Networking: setting up a collaboration relation with EU organisations, with participating target groups as well as building a strong local and European partnership to continue deploying and scaling the RURAL’COM project.

Visibility and new opportunities: dissemination and exploitation activities foreseen will allow partners to generate visibility for their own organisations, both at national and European levels.
